His research examines how IT organizations leverage network observability, network automation, AI-driven network management, and software-defined technologies to support key enterprise initiatives like multi-cloud, zero trust, and AI transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining EMA, Shamus worked as a technology journalist for nearly a decade. He served as the news director for TechTarget\u2019s networking publications. He led the news team\u2019s coverage of all networking topics and published hundreds of articles.
